  I would have loved it if my mail person would have brought it to the door. Instead they folded it in halve and now I’m trying to get it straight. This is for someone I cared about kids. He passed away on July 3rd it’s of his dogs. On of which has passed away.

  I got the 15x20 cm and the letters were fazed and faded and different letters in one box. When putting all the diamonds in their place you couldn't even tell it said “Hogwarts”. Also the depictions of the animals are subpar you can barely tell what they are except for the snake. Id say get a bigger size for this diamond painting, I definitely will.

  The picture I received was awesome. However, I didn’t realize there were round and square beads. I got square and I wanted round beads. I am trying to contact the company and see if I can get round beads to match my picture. We will see what happens.

  I’m not too technical so if I could I would send a photo. I am thrilled with this picture. I am half way through completing it and so far so good. This will be three in my cat pictures, the other two are fantastic and this seems to be keeping up the roll! So far I have completed 12 crystal art pictures all of which are lovely.   So far so good. I'm new to diamond painting but learned the bigger the better the detail. I went with the biggest size in the castle and so far the detail is amazing. I'm near halfway done in just three days!

  I ordered a custom kit of my great dane and realized after I sent it, that it had smudges in the picture that I uploaded. I sent a letter to their customer service asking if they would show up on the canvas and if it might be possible to take them out. I heard right back from them and they were going to look into it. I received my canvas and it looks great, no smudges. Thank you for great customer service. Can’t wait to start this project.
