  I ordered 3 dozen balls and when they arrived only 31 balls were present. I emailed customer service, included a picture and have heard nothing back. This is the second time this has happened. I will look elsewhere in the future.

  I believe the golf balls I buy from Lost Golf Balls are, if not as good, they are nearly as good as the new ones and they are less than half the price. I am very pleased and have shared my knowledge with several other golfers.

  We have been ordering for years and this is the 1st time the balls did not seem to be the quality they were rated and paid for. The bucket was completely shattered inside the shipping box and all the balls were loose upon opening casing them to go everywhere. Definitely not the typical service we have received in the past.

  I have ordered the 96 ball items several times and the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I have not received an order yet that the bucket the balls come in have not been broke because there is no packing material at all placed in the boxes with the buckets of balls. The balls themselves are great and as advertised but I have to find a way to store them myself every time I order.

  I have been buying used balls rom LostGolfBalls for several years now and I've be most happy.
