  I read how you rate each category of balls but tell me the expectations for any reasonable person when ordering a product in 'pristine' condition? They would not expect scuffs, marks and every ball in the order to have logos.

  Golf balls look in great condition. However, the box broke. I now have a half ripped open cardboard box holding these golf balls in my apartment rather than the container they came in. Plus, there are loose pieces of the container in the box. Not the end of the world and I can switch containers for the balls, but annoying to get a delivery like that.

  I have been ordering Kirkland golf balls from LGB site for some years now and have always received like-new condition balls. The 120 balls last me a few years and I also give a few dozen away to friends and family. Highly recommend LGB!! jl

  Almost half of my order of 4A were unplayable - chipped, cut, or flat out broken. After much back and forth they were replaced with balls of acceptable quality. Hopefully it was a one-off as orders in the past years have been good - but seems like its become more common as the company has grown.

  I have purchased at least 8 dozen golf balls from Lostgolfballs.com and every time the balls come as described/rated, or better. They throw great sales if you get on their email list and the shipping is always quick. The balls do not come in original packaging, but will be received contained, in great shape and ready for the course.

  We received our shipment packed into a box that was way too large. The buckets for the golf balls were smashed and unusable, and the balls themselves were rolling around in the huge box. The box itself was also crushed.

  I have placed 2 orders recently and in both cases, my expectations have been greatly exceeded. A service well worth the price! Most recently, I ordered 2 buckets of Titleist Pro V1 balls; when they arrived, all of the balls were accounted for, but both buckets were crushed in shipping. I sent a quick email about the matter and received a response within an hour notifying that 2 replacement buckets will be sent to me. No muss, no fuss. Kudos to you, Judy DeMasa! I told you I would spread the word. You know- I don’t try to trick people or come up short of my commitments and expectations that I set, and I truly appreciate it when I do business with like minded people that don’t make excuses, they simply make it right. Sadly, I call this out on behalf of Lost Golf Balls because this support has left our society. Doing the right thing falls second to either the profit motive or the “I can’t be bothered” crowd. Again, kudos to Judy for fixing my issue; kudos to Lost Golf Balls for supporting her by empowering her and allowing her to do right by your customers. I need some logo balls - can you do those for me?

  It was my normal order but I think prices of gone up a lot and when I received the package the entire plastic bucket was shattered and balls were all over the box. I would recommend adding some brown paper to soften the box during shipping.
