  Although in the past, I would receive 2-3 balls/dozen that were below condition, on this order, I received none. Even when I have in the past, a quick call, resulted in them gladly replacing those.   The order was not fulfilled correctly. I ordered yellow balls and received white balls. Customer service was outstanding and made sure I didn’t have a bad experience. Immediately offered to send me a return label and a refund. I declined given that the post office delivered the box on the ground (instead of the mail box), it rained and the box got destroyed and the balls were coveted in dirt when I picked them up. She offered $25 for my next purchase. She made me feel like a valued customer.

  Not only does Lostgolfballs have pretty much any ball you might want, their customer service is amazing. I ordered the wrong bucket, and the team there walked me thru returning that bucket and getting another. Completely seamless.

  I purchased 2 dozen pristine golf balls which are supposed to be indistinguishable from new. At least 3 have very obvious pen markings over them. If it was just a dot or two I wouldn’t really care but it’s not something you’d miss. For the extra money spent I’d expect to the get the quality I paid for.

  I am a big LGB fan and have ordered many times. Having said that, the quality control has started to become an issue. I recently placed two orders - all balls to be mint condition. The other order was close to hitting the mark, but fell short overall. No problem. It happens. Soon after, however, THIS order arrived. Disappointing is to put it mildly. The Taylormade balls were similar to my other order - missed the mark with several balls. The Bridgestone balls were really no better than 3A - tons of scuffs, marks, and some clearly having sat in water/mud for quite some time. The only thing that raises this to a two-star rating is that customer service worked quickly with me to give me a refund for more than half the balls ordered. What a shame. Hopefull quality control imrpoves!

  Ordered 8 dozen “mint” Calloway Chrome balls and 4 of them had slices in them. This is my 3rd order and the 2nd time there was a problem. The last issue was I had ordered 4 dozen Calloway Soft and there were 5 Titlest balls in the bucket. I will not be ordering from this company again.

  I ordered 6 dozen mint golf balls and I would classify 3 dozen of them as "good". Some of the balls had the number or letters in "Callaway" worn away and others were miscolored (you could tell they resided in water for a period of time). These were not Mint (5A) balls. I have bought many balls from you in the past and this is the first time I am extremely disappointed.

  Golfballs aesthetically are in great condition, but the TP5X golfballs easily tear on the cover. I have bought several dozen, and consistently had 30-40% of the ones I play tear on the cover. I bought new equivalent TP5X balls and have not had that issue.the balls will tear without hitting the cart path or trees, but from repetitive striking.

  The first few times I ordered the products were great. The last 2 orders have been problematic. My previous order had more than a dozen balls that were not what I ordered. To be fair, when I brought this up, they did refund me part of my order. The most recent order is not at all what I have come to expect. Although I order 4A balls, I don't expect them to be badly miscolored, with balls that are clearly not usable--so old that the Callaway logo is nearly gone. I immediately threw more than a dozen balls into my shag bag. Maybe this is their way of getting folks to order 5A. I'm sure that is what I'll do, if I order from them again.
