  Still snow on the ground, so I haven't played the balls yet, but they do look to be in good condition. A few had a yellowish tint, perhaps water staining, which may affect them? Other than that, seem to be a good value.

  Ordered on a Friday or Saturday. Twenty minutes after I submitted the order I discovered that I ordered a bucket of Titleist NXT Tour balls instead of a bucket of Titleist NXT Tour "S" golf balls. I immediatly called and emailed the custserv dept. on both Saturday and Sunday. No response until Monday and the wrong golf balls had already been shipped. Customer Service email basically said - CS is closed on weekends. Website never told me that they weren't open on weekends. CS email did not tell me what I should do to correct the problem. CS did not apologize for letting me down. My opinion: If LGB is going to sell golf balls on the weekend, then they should either support customers or delay shipments until after they check their CS emails and phone messages on Monday morning. Consumers are used to getting great, Amazon-like customer service these days and this experience was very impersonal, unfriendly, and inconvenient. First impressions are important and this was my first order. Fortunately, we like the golf balls sp I'll probably get past this experience.

  I only buy balls through LostGolfBalls. They're ratings scale is always very conservative, so if you buy balls that they consider near mint, they're likely going to look brand new. With LostGolfBalls, I never feel like I need to purchase new balls at new ball prices.

  Fair to satisfied. 2nd year I’ve ordered, 1st time I had better results. My interpretation would be if a ball is on the “grade scale” line it would drop to the lower grade - didn’t feel that to be the case on a few balls.

  I contacted Lostgolfballs.com about my experience and haven’t heard back... this is my email: “Unfortunately, today I reach out with a complaint of my most recent order (#145630970). I inspected each of the 48 mint grade golf balls and in my review there are 23 golf balls that had either an abrasion blemish or a cut in the ball cover. Please see images attached. This is obviously a poor customer experience and is unacceptable as I did not receive the quality of product of which I paid for. On a side note, I have been a loyal customer for ~2 years, purchasing roughly $500 worth of golf balls and have had great experiences. I want to remain a loyal customer of yours but I cannot justify if this is the experience. What can we do to correct this? Please advise. Thanks”

  Why oh why would anyone pay high prices for brand new golf balls when Lostgolfballs.com has nearly new balls? I’ve purchased probably 50 dozen balls of Bridgestone, Calloway and Truvis balls for so much less than I’d pay anywhere. The quality of the balls are excellent and one does not know the difference so why waste money on new? Your new or used golf ball doesn’t know the course you are playing whether it’s Pebble Beach or a municipal course so why pay high prices for new balls? We will never buy a new dozen as long as this group keeps finalist balls!!

  First and only time ordering from this site. My order was incorrect, quality of balls are not what I paid for. Reached out to customer service and their only solution offered was to send them back and try again. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve yet to receive anything in the mail.   It was my first time buying TaylorMade balls. When they arrived they were extremely scuffed up and a lot of them looked very old and worn. I was extremely disappointed. Instead of simply refunding I now have to pack them back up and take them to a FedEx facility. Why couldn't FedEx come get them from my house? Or maybe give me a refund to the lowest grade of balls?
