  I've used them in the past and always had great experience but I've never actually counted the number of balls, I just assumed it was correct. This time I ordered 6 dozen balls. I received 52 of the 72 golf balls that I ordered. I called customer service and they told me they would get the replacement golf balls sent out. That was 3/9 it is 3/21 and have yet to receive any email confirmation or package to arrive. I'm assuming it's in the works but suggestion...count your balls.

  I recently ordered 48 Callaway Chrome Soft 5A balls from lost golf balls.com . I was extremely disappointed by what I received. Fully 1/2 of the balls (24 balls in this instance) were not 5A, in fact some were so faded from sitting in water, etc. that I could barely read the writing on the ball. Others were faded enough to have lost all of their shine, had a yellowish cast,etc———-not happy at all.

  I’ve ordered several times over the years. Periodically, the quality of the balls received does not match the adjacent Star rating, and customer service was unwilling to rectify unsatisfactory orders. That was very discouraging. That being said, some orders were fine so it’s been hit or miss with me. Better r service would have helped my outlook.

  Normally love you guys. Not on this one... ordered 3 dozen Bridgestone B330 RX golf balls advertised as 5A mint. None of these meet that standard or even 4A for that matter.. can visibly see stains from sitting in the lake on most balls and other visible bleaching and discoloration with other imperfections. I’ve emailed multiple times with no answer as of yet.

  The items came as advertised. Balls are clean and almost new (if there were no marker on some of them). I ordered a dozen of mate pink Callaway supersoft and I gotta say: if you put those on a box and put it on a shelf at a store, I will buy it as good as brand new. No marks, no scratches, nothing. Pristine balls. Service was quick and the site works just fine.

  I have been out of golf for about 10 years. Surgeries: Heart, Shoulder, Wrist and 2 knee replacements, One - 5 weeks ago. I was 11-12 hdcp when I had to stop. Been missing Golf for too long. I have 2 great sets of clubs, shoes, clothes, gloves and range finder. But very few balls, so hence my order. ProV-1 was my ball of choice when I stopped.
