  Great prices and usually good product. Will usually receive a few golf balls which were not the type ordered but not enough to cause a problem. Did receive a refurbished Pro V1x which was not a Pro V1x but painted as one. Lost a lot of trust in the company from that situation. Won't be buying refurbished ever again but still do like the other products.

  Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the condition of SOME of the golf balls. 95% of the balls seemed to be in near perfect condition but there were a handful in the bunch that I personally would not have considered “mint” condition.

  I purchased grade 5 and grade 4 balls. The grade 5 were perfect. The Grade 4 did not meet my expectations for quality. I contacted loss golf balls and they efficiently processed a return for me to send the balls back. My interaction with loss golf balls was very positive, however obviously I wasn’t satisfied with a grade for quality.

  I ordered 96 mint titleist trufeel balls. The small majority of balls are in good shape, no scuffs and original colour. You will get logos and marker on some of the balls even though you are not supposed to when purchasing mint quality. I was hoping the large majority of balls would be in really good shape but many had minor cuts, scuffs and discolouration. I was probably expecting to much but I was just going by the descriptions they offer for different qualities of balls. It was a little over 2 week delivery time to Ontario. Next time I need balls I will probably find somewhere in Canada to order from. Im sure I could get the same quality or better and it will arrive quicker. Customer service at lost balls was good, they may not get back to you right away but they always do eventually. I was able to reach them by phone as well. It was a fine experience but I’m a tiny bit disappointed with the balls.

  I bought a seasons worth of 5-dozen balls. About 20% of the balls shipped to me were mint. Several were obviously water balls (and old ones at that). More than half a dozen were so nicked as to be unplayable. Consider a little better quality control when stacking for mint. BTW, refinished balls are not mint. I certainly used to get mint balls from this vendor, but those days are obviously gone. I will return to buying manufacturers new.

  I ordered 48ct 5A "mint" balls. I recieved 15 balls that met this quality, and the remaining 33 balls were 3A quality or "Practice" balls. Lostgolfballs did replace the 33 balls plus a free dozen so they made it right, and I appreciatethat. However it was very inconvenient experience as a whole. I've used lostgolfballs before and the quality was good. I will shop around next time instead of making them my "go-to".

  I was told by management that a 5-Star + rating means you still get marked up balls and logo'd balls. Everyone I've asked since I received them has told me their expectaion of a 5-star+ product is for it to be pristine and perfect. Almost 40% of the balls I received were anything but pristine and perfect.

  There were a few logo balls in this 36 lot but acceptable. Personally, I do not believe logo balls should be sold in the "Mint" category. The other balls were in good shape and as described.
