  Though I have yet to actually use any of the items that I purchased, I am very pleased with the quality of the items received. I did have one issue with order itself but their customer service support was outstanding and quickly resolved the issue.

  All the balls were in very good shape, will have no problem losing them. I did think it a little different that all the balls Had resurfaced stamped on them. Not a big deal.

  The tracking number stated that Fed Ex delivered them, but they were not at my house. I called customer service and they were actually very helpful and stated they would make a claim. Then I drove around my neighborhood just incase they were delivered to the wrong address with no luck. The balls actually showed up at my house several hours later. I don’t know why Fed Ex would mark them delivered when they obviously were not. Then when I got my balls one package was short 1 ball. I again called customer service to stop my original claim, but notified them of the missing ball. They quickly refunded me the money for the missing ball. So I guess the majority of my complaint is with the delivery service rather than Lost Golf Balls. The customer service at Lost Golf was great.

  Lostgolfballs web page and ordering were very easy! The shipment went out in a timely manner, and tracking was provided. My only issue was that some of the balls sent were not 5A Mint as ordered. I have ordered many times, and previous shipments (Srixons) were always Mint, however the Vice did have a few with more blemishes.
