  Reason for average experience is shipping firm failed to pick up order until I called to check on status. A second call to shipping firm was placed and I received my order within two days. Lostgolfballs unable to make good on fast delivery claim due to shipping firm mixup.

  I have been getting lost golf balls for three years now. I usually lose approximately 48 golf balls during a season. Every time I have ordered I have received what I was expecting. The condition is spot on and the mix is either good or not there depending on what I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from them again next year.

  This was my second order from Lost Balls and am a little confused about their descriptions. (I have asked them via email and they never responded). The first order was for 3 dozen yellow Titleist ProV1 balls with the highest rating which then said “no logos or other markings” and that is exactly what I got. Very impressed then. I now have ordered and received 3 dozen white ProV1 balls, again rated the highest but each ball has some kind of logo or name on it. I now see their website states that group 5a has marks/logos. That’s a little disappointing but it’s still a good, not great, deal.

  Customer service was adequate when I reported that my order was incorrect and the product I received not the same quality as past purchases. I received no compensation for my trouble like a complimentary dozen of balls. When I received the correct order the "mint" quality balls were not the mint condition I had gotten in the past and far inferior to mint balls from other used ball companies

  was surprised that half of the balls had a logo, when the website made mention that the 48 Mint Golf Balls would be mixed. Some were scuffed, which was also a surprise since a previous order did not have either of this occurrences
