  They were all in good shape. A handful had markings but that’s to be expected on some. My main reason for leaving 3 stars is they shorted me 3 balls. That’s like leaving a birdie putt short - just simply not ideal.

  The balls were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately as soon as I opened the box, golf balls went rolling all over my kitchen floor. The bucket was so badly damaged that it was in pieces. Maybe find a way to package it better so this doesn’t happen.

  continue to receive less than “near mint” balls. two balls that looked near mint had gouges in them that definitely effect flight and also received two “refurbished” balls. i continue to use lostgolfballs but this relationship could be coming to an end really soon.

  It was alright. I received alot of golf balls that weren't TP5s a ton of Bridgestone. Probably 16 or 17 weren't TP5. However, outside of receiving those the rest of the order was fantastic. Great quality on the balls. All in all I'll probably order again and give it another chance. Receiving more than a dozen is discouraging though

  I've been a LGB customer for a considerable period. The Taylor Made Soft Response were rated as "Mint." One of the balls had a 1/2" gouge on one side and a 1/4" gouge on the other. A couple of them had markings on them. Overall, they were a l-o-n-g way from "Mint," The Titleist Velocitys were 5-star and I'd consider that accurate. A bit more time needs to be put into culling if the product is going to be rated "Mint."

  I ordered 3 dozen and only received 35 golf balls. Not a huge deal. I would like to get what I paid for but 1 golf ball is not a deal breaker. Golf balls seem to be in good shape...very few blemishes on them.

  I recently ordered (36) 5A rated Chromesoft golf balls. 29 were fine, but 7 of them were scraped up pretty badly, and unacceptable. I contacted support, told them the problem. I included a picture. They apologized, and offered to either provide replacements, or a credit. SO FAR - so good! I agreed to the credit. Then the representative said they changed their decision and would NOT be able to give me the agreed to credit. They told me to take it up with PayPal. Which I did. And PayPal found in my favor, and in short order, gave me the credit. WHAT a thoroughly dumb move on their part. This is not even a gray area. They got it right the first time: credit or replacement. Why piss someone off for no reason at all. Very dumb. They need to fire the person who reversed the correct decision. And they need to rethink this poor episode of customer relations.
