  I have ordered from lostball.com several times and only once did they send me the wrong order. They sent me ProV1s instead of the PROV1 left dashes that I ordered. However when I contacted them, they immediately shipped the correct balls . The balls are always in mint condition

  I bought "Mint" balls, and I like the quality but am definitely not impressed by the quality for the price. I can buy new for just a few dollars more. Overall I love the company, but maybe switch the descriptions, the expectations are there without receiving what you're wanted.

  The item I ordered was a 96 count bucket of Callaway that was supposed to be a mix. It turned out to be a 96 count of all the same ball (Chrome Soft Truvis Yellow and Black). Not what I expected in a MIX. I was expecting a mixture of Callaway balls to try different balls. Overall I am pleased with what I received, but I feel you should warn buyers that they may receive 96 of the exact same ball in a MIX bucket.

  I've been buying from LGB for several months, and until now have never experienced any issues with the service or product. This time though, I'm a bit disappointed.
