  I've used lostgolfballs a couple of times now, and I have never had issues with quality of balls before, but the last batch I received were well under my expectations for "Mint" quality balls. Not sure if this is a one-off mistake and they didn't have enough "Mint" condition balls sent to me but I would rather have received a refund with a note saying they aren't able to fulfill my order than receiving below-average quality balls.

  Ordered Refinished Golf balls and expected them to be cleaned of logos but did not expect to see relatively thick paint and on some balls, paint over scuffs. Only good part is they responded quickly and paid for FedEx to pick them up from my house to return them.

  I ordered 8 dozen Titleist Velocity balls. Only 6 dozen came in. No problem. I sent an email to LGB and they responded ASAP. The extra 2 dozen came in about 3 days later. Great service.

  My first order was great. Great quality at a great price. Second order, not so much. I ordered 4 dozen golf balls but only received 37 golf balls. Not sure what happened but my order of a dozen green Truvis only was 9 golf balls and my order of red Truvis was 28 golf balls. Maybe should just go back to ordering ProV1s as those seem to be a better product from you. Thanks for requesting feedback!
