  I have purchased from you a few times, but I must say I was very disappointed in the last 48 bucket that I bought recently. A lot of the balls were scuffed, and worst of all - a lot of them had the covers of the balls cracked/peeling off. I have multiple balls where I was able to pull the entire cover off. Even though I purchased 4A grade and not top rated balls, I still felt that a lot of those balls were unacceptable to sell at that price. Disappointed for sure.

  These guys process the orders and ship quickly. Nice to buy balls that have been gently used and be able to afford a higher quality ball. Also, it is nice to be able to reuse something like a golf ball vs just buying a brand new ball. I donate plenty of balls, so feel like I'm buying my own ball back at a discount:-)

  Overall, my experience with lostgolfballs.com has been mixed. I always order 5A rated golf balls. These come in a variety of conditions, depending on the make. They make sending them back cost prohibitive, so that is not an option. During the last shipment I received a couple of balls that were the incorrect t model.

  Ordered 5 dozen 5 star balls, so 60 balls and 10 had severe cart marks, the other 50 were perfect. Contacted customer service and without question they shipped me 10 perfect balls as replacements. Excellent service and because of that I'll use again and again.

  Ordered 48 new generation TP5X. Just fyi these are the 2019 model, not 2021 model. Most are in good shape. Had a regular TP5, one refurb, and maybe 5-10 with minor scuffs/dirt. Still a better value than buying new though

  Delivery was very good, but the quality of the mint golf balls in the 48 ball bucket were not as good as expected. Some balls the color was fading, The printing was wearing off and in general the balls were dirty. Not particularly what I was expecting for a mint golf ball

  Ordinarily no issues with the product, but this time I paid for "mint" and received balls that had been marked up. A few were discolored, and a couple weren't Titleist. I'm guessing either "mint" tour soft were gone, or someone picked the wrong product.

  Overall, I love Lost Golf Balls.com! I've ordered probably 4 times now. The 2nd to last batch ended up being 1 ball short, and they added 2 additional balls on my next order. The last order's Titleist balls were in fantastic shape, the Srixons not quite as good, I'll be sticking to titleist going fwd. Definitely recommend!

  I ordered the best of one dozen titlist pro v1x 2019 yellow balls. They came on time. However one ball was named Titlist practice, the other had no name at all. They said stuff happens and would send me two new balls, yet to be received. They said I could return all balls if desired. My concern was trust. Were they really the best?
