  It would have been 5 star but my last shipment were not what I ordered. I ask for 5 star rated ball but got what I would call 3 star. That were dull and had wear on them like tree strikes and cart path rash. I have been getting these balls for years but this was a real disappointment.

  I am generally quite happy with the balls I receive. However on this last order, one of the balls had a definite “road rash” from hitting a cart path and was unusable. So instead of 2 dozen balls I ended up with 23, not bad but didn’t meet expectations.

  Wanted the balls for a 3 day tournament so thought I ordered in advance enough to receive but they came while I was gone at the tournament. Recommend an alert of when to expect the balls. And I ordered 2 dozen Callaway Chrome and received 7-8 Chrome X which I do not want. And some of those were a bit scruffy. Have ordered before from Lost and was satisfied with the delivery.

  I’ve bought several times from LostGolf Balls, and unfortunately this batch was probably the worst I’ve received. Several of the balls had small tears in the cover and discoloration that I hadn’t seen in other orders. I’m hoping it’s an aberration, but it is a bit disappointing for a service I’ve relied on for years.

  I thought I was maybe buying a scam at first or would end up getting some junk balls.... I was way wrong. They showed up within a week. The balls I bought look brand new, never used. The previous issue was handled promptly after I contacted them, however, the most recent issue of a short shipment has still not been resolved and it is almost 2 weeks since I notified them of the problem.

  I am a huge fan of lostgolfballs.com! Not only are their golf balls as advertised and very reasonably priced, their customer service is fantastic!   Got 96, “good” bucket of proV1 and they were mostly good. Half were in great condition and half were so so, with only one being unplayable. I also got a doz of mint proV1 and 11 were in good condition (not mint) with one being stuffed pretty good. Over all I will not be buying anything over “good condition” as the quality control is a grab shoot.

  This is my 4th or 5th order and every single one have been flawless. I prefer Titleist and have ordered ProV1, ProV1x, and most recently the AVX. All orders have been quickly filled and I'm able to find deals to pay less than half of a new ball. Recommend to anyone with a handicap above 5. That's most of us!
