  I ordered the best grade of Pro-V1s and was surprised to find that they all had logos on them. The other company I use for used golf balls sends me balls without company logos. Would have been nice to know before spending the money.

  Haven’t used LostGolfBalls in a while to buy balls. Decent pricing, but expensive shipping. Still a decent deal if you’re looking to save a bit of money depending on the condition of the balls you purchase. I would used LGB again if needed. It’s a good way to purchase balls if you want to try out a certain brand or ball you may have not played with before.

  The customer service there is great. Wanted an order to show up before a trip. Didn’t charge me anything extra and got my stuff there on time. Had a couple golf balls show up not in the condition I ordered on a separate order and they easily refunded my money for those balls without any hassle. Top notch!

  I love this company. I no longer buy new balls, only pristine titleist balls from Lostgolfballs.com. The customer service is excecptional. I got delivery of my most recent order two weeks ago. I thought I ordered Pristine yellow titleist AVX Bucket, but received white balls, not yellow.. It turned out to be my ordering error. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a free return label and when they received my return they sent me my yellow avx's. They are a great company to deal with...This was my 7th order from them.

  The balls that I received wee okay quality. Some of the balls were pink in color instead of red. This is probably due to the stuff used to clean them. They say like new condition but they are not.

  I wasn't going to leave feedback as I don't like leaving negative reviews. But seeing as you have reached out multiple times, I will review. I have made multiple orders for "3A" golf balls in the past. Via other websites and eBay. This was undoubtedly the worst caliber of balls I have ever received. I would return the entire order if I was able. I didn't even open the ProV1's (likely will use them as range balls) after going through the AVX.

  I really appreciate the quality of the golf balls I received—everything arrived exactly as expected and the packaging was top-notch. The heavy-duty bucket is a great touch and makes storing and transporting the balls super convenient. The entire ordering and shipping process was quick and easy. I actually forgot to include my apartment number, and instead of letting the package get lost, they reached out to me personally to confirm the correct shipping info. That level of customer service really stood out. Great service and a great product—highly recommend!

  Now that you charge for delivery to Canada and with poor currency exchange it is no longer competitive to buy your balls. I can get them cheaper locally at a few places.

  I ordered two buckets of balls. It got sent back 2 different times and finally arrived on the third try 1 month later. When it arrived the bucket was shattered.
