First of all I want to say that you guys are doing a good job making top brand balls available at affordable prices. However, I think your website is misleading customers when you categorize them as 5A MINT condition balls. Now, the expectation you set for us is those balls are like NEW … the experience I had was not 100%. I bought 2 dozen MINT condition balls Callaway for $58 and 1/2 of them had visual marks and scruff marks.. I could have gone with 3A quality balls and saved another $10. Please price them accordingly or sort them with a little bit of quality control. I am still glad I bought them from you.. Thank you

Was shorted 2 balls and reached out to customer service, the said they would refund the difference but never did. Also several were regular proV1 instead of the ProV1X that I ordered. Wide range of balls some were near mint and some had decent gashes in the side. Overall it was good value but could have been a better experience

Site is super easy to work through. I always sort by Quantity, then Brand. It’s super easy to find what you want and save a ton of money. Delivery is always fast and simple. A few times the boxes come untapped during shipping. Luckily our FedEx Delivery guys are the absolute best and they always make sure the product gets here in full. This the only negative thing I have to say. Just tape the boxes better. Website is great, ordering gb is easy, delivery on time, 100 Stars!

About 1/3 of the balls I ordered were damaged tree/cart paths. 7 balls were not even vice some cheep brands. I took photos of this dissappointing product. Last year same product was 5 starts. I dont think I will order again.

As a long time customer of LostgolfBalls I am sad to say I think this will be my final order. Quality has gone down over time and this last order hit rock bottom: the ratings and descriptions used to be much more accurate. Out of the “Srixon Z Star Yellow Mix Bucket” I received a whopping 33 Star balls. The rest were Q stars and 9 non Srixon balls. The quality has gone from AAAA to C- (photo available if needed) Not happy. Had a good run and recommended this company to many friends and family. Improving my golf game along the way with full belief that my swing needed the most work (which is always true!) but to have such a drastic drop off in quality, and even more so product description, has made this my last go-round.

When i Received my order i found that is was missing 1 dozen Taylor Made balls and the one they sent me only had 8 ball in it. Balls delivered were 9 out of 10 as far as the quality versus what I expected, so good here. Shipping adds quite a bit to the total purchase price but still much cheaper than buying new. Let's try to tackle the shipping expense and get these to people's doorsteps even cheaper.

I ordered balls that rated as "Mint" condition but the balls varied in color, many of the balls are the expected bright white however at least 25% of the balls are off white. Clearly the discolored balls not the Mint condition that I ordered, and are less expensive balls.

Compared to competitors, this company includes more discolored and marked up balls in the mint orders, and uses plastic bag instead of mesh net bags. On sale they are a good deal, but at normal prices the merchandise isn't as nice.

I ordered 4 dozen mint golf balls. Although the order was delivered quickly, 20% of the balls had serious defects, scratch, and broken covers. I immediately reached out to customer service for assistance and they did not respond.
