  I did not get what I believe that I ordered, the balls that I ordered were supposed to be pristine and I think some are but I got PRO V ‘s 2025 and some ball were number on only one side of the balls and other had different numbers on each side of the ball. I’m pretty sure that would have never left the factory like that.

  this has been my go to company for many years. Sure, have gotten a bad ball from time to time but my last order left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered 5 dozen Sirixon Z stars. Out of the 60 I ordered, I received 47 Z stars, 12 cheap taylormade, and 1 prime Bridgestone that wasnt prime. It was scuffed. Sent pictures to lost golf balls upon receipt. After going back and forth with customer service, they sent me a Fed ex label to return the 13 non ordered balls and gave me an option of refund or they would send me the 13 Z stars. That was nice of them to offer but I wasnt going to go out of my way because of their mistake. Yesterday, I took the 13 balls to the driving range and disposed them in proper fashion. Last ball on my downswing, I yelled out "goodbye Lost Golf Balls"

  Most every new purchased item is every expensive and is NOT worth the price paid. This is true of golf balls as well. (ex:$60.00 for Pro V1). LostGolfBalls is providing used balls, still in operable condition at a better price.

  Placed an order in early July 2025. Did not receive. Couple of weeks later, I called Customer Service. Ben Intathong advised that FedEx takes many weeks to deliver to a Post Office box; much faster if shipped to a physical address. Site should so advise. Ben could not intervene. I asked to purchase the same product a second time and to send it to my physical address. (The purchase was to be a gift and I needed it earlier than 2-3 weeks later.) Ben agreed that LGB. would pay for the return of the long delayed delivery of the first order. That order finally arrived around a month after I ordered it. Ben was great. The Website - not so much.

  I'm a long time client of lostgolfballs.com and was referred by my son. I've bought hundreds of balls. My last order of Titleist ProV1 mint balls was below standard. There were a number of slightly discolored balls, maybe water balls, and a large number with large logo's. I'd prefer to order pristine balls, but the mint are usually consistently good balls. Not this last time. I may go back to buying them from the pro shop.
