  The site is easy to navigate and provides many options. Delivery is timely, although the packaging is suspect because the plastic bucket containing the balls is not securely packaged in the surrounding shipping box. I have received shattered buckets in the past. Customer service is exceptional. One phone call was all that was necessary to resolve dissatisfaction with a recent order. A return label and full refund both arrived promptly. A replacement order was placed, arrived quickly, and was of the quality I expected.

  I purchased from Lostgolfballs two years ago and my delivery was 6 balls short. Thought I'd try them again and my new delivery was missing exactly six balls. This time I contacted customer service who asked if i was ok with a refund for the six balls. I said ok but never received the refund.

  Ordered 2025 ProV1 Tour balls, received 2023 balls. Customer service was slow to respond with a weak solution involving me to ship balls back and wait weeks for the correct model. This wasn’t the first time I was sent incorrect golf balls. Mostly disappointed not receiving what I ordered and more so the the lack of professionalism to ship out the correct product immediately. This experience has led me to move back to a previous supplier.

  Love Lost Golf Balls! The balls are always in the condition they say & I don’t care about the previous markings, it tells me that it’s my ball. However, I don’t get all ProV1’s there were a couple ProV1X. But I will continue to buy my balls thru the site. Paying $59 for new balls is nuts! Check’em out you won’t be sorry.

I ordered near mint balls and received four dozen balls covered in logos and large blacked out areas. The balls themselves were in decent shape but I wouldn't call what I received "near mint" by any standard.

  I have now bought 10 dozen of the Titleist AVX in Pristine condition. I honestly have not had a single ball that would not easily pass as brand new. Never a single scuff, mark, or any kind of wear much less damage.

  And the balls I received were for the most part all in mint condition. A couple were slightly yellowed, but all of them were what I expected. Lost golf balls does an excellent job getting the order / balls out to you quickly and they arrive via FedEx I believe. I've ordered different kinds, different quality, and if there were balls that were subpar pardon the pun lost golf balls did everything possible to either send me new ones, credit my account, or do something to make me a satisfied customer. I've only had excellent customer service when I bought items from them.
