  Got the 5A(mint) taylormade tp5x, although a great deal, a lot, and I mean a lot, of the balls I received had huge scuffs and pieces cracked off, looked like they hit the cart path or gravel. There were very good looking refurbished balls in there that played well. Just super disappointed so many of them had these huge scrapes/scuffs or pieces chipped off.

  The balls were indeed in near perfect condition with no scuffs or damage. The price was right and the shipping was pretty fast. There is a fairly heavy bleach smell for the first few days after opening the bag, so maybe consider opening and storing them outside or in the garage initially. I'll definitely be ordering more!

  Happy with balls. However, you pack them in a bag and then tie so tightly that it is hard to untie. Why not use a twist tie which would be far easier to untie? We would all appreciate it!

  I ordered 6 dozen golf balls in mint condition across various brands. While most of the order was acceptable, one dozen arrived with heavy scuff marks and deep cuts that looked like they had been hit by a mower blade. Many of the other balls were playable but had noticeable player markings, some fairly large. On the positive side, customer service was excellent. My inquiry was handled quickly, and I was issued a 25% refund without any hassle. Overall, while the product quality was more in the fair range than true mint, the strong customer service and fair resolution would make me consider ordering again.

  I ordered a dozen mint condition PXG golf balls. When I received the golf balls there was a heavy chemical smell on the golf balls. Half of the golf balls in my order had cracks in the outer cover. I reached out to the company and they offered to exchange them. To me if your company grades the golf balls before you ship them there is no reason that half of my order has severe cosmetic issues that would affect play. If you order a certain quality from this company definitely inspect them after you get them.

  When I order 5A/‘Mint’ from LostGolfBalls, there are always some lower quality balls in the shipment—their quality control is not great. However, I take photos of the bad balls and email them to the company and they always send me replacement balls free of charge. I just wish I didn’t have to go through those additional steps to get an entire order of appropriate-quality balls.

Lost golf balls said they would ship another order and did but not so quick this time.   This is my 3rd or 4th order, and the balls come through as advertised. I play course with a lot of water, and I like the option of less expensive, but serviceable balls. They play fine. Thanks, lostgolfballs.com!
