  I won’t be using lostgolfballs again. I recently bought a few dozen used tp5x. I know there used but most of the balls are market practice. I can play them at my course because management will think I took them from the driving range.

  As a long time customer of LostGolfBalls I have always been pleased with the service and quality of the balls Purchased. This most recent purchase (September 2025) was mildly disappointing as the balls were just OK, of the three dozen ProV1s ordered, 14 were as advertised and the remaining 12 had too many “dings” if you will. Probably going to explore other options in the future.

  I have order several times before. The balls always get delivered quickly. This order was for Callaway Magna Yellow balls. They did not have any in mint condition so I chose good. These balls don’t seem as lively, so next time I order I will only purchase mint condition balls.

  They were out of my normal ball (Titleist Tour Soft) so I tried these. I have other peoples marks and names on the balls. I will not order again.

  I ordered 5A and 4A balls. The 4A balls are NOT good quality at all. I’ll use them for the fall (I live in the Northeast USA) where balls are easily lost (leaf rule). Tbe 5A are as expected.

  I made an order for a certain golf ball based on the picture in the ed, after I made the order I read the description saying there were multiple balls by the same brand, I notified them I would like to cancel and my money was refunded immediately. Nice to see their was no problem.

  Ordered on a Wed. at 5: am, seemed like a delay in shipping as the balls did not ship out until Sunday and arrived on Thursday. My friend ordered late on Wed. and received his on Sunday. Ordered grade 4A, 5 balls would have been considered as 3A due to scuffs and 1 as unusable due to a 3/4 inch cut. Contacted Customer service and received response from Tina who offered to credit the cost of the 6 balls. Followed up with Tina and credit was given. Great response from Tina, appreciated her quick response.

  I’m not to satisfied with the quality of the balls. I have purchased these before and the quality was a lot better with a rating of 4. I talked to someone about the situation and said just return them. I’m not going to return them I’ll use them I’ll just be more careful when I purchase golf balls again
