  I was looking for a bday present for my husband and saw this site. I looked at 3 levels of balls and chose the best. Turn around time was great and he felt the balls look perfect. He will be using them this week. I will definitely recommend “lost golf balls” to our golfing friends 👍👍

  The balls i ordered were far from mint. Most were practice balls. Most were scuffed. Some were chipped. Out of the 48 i ordered i would say 1 was in mint condition. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because they accepted my return with no issues. Disappointed though. Not sure i will order from them again

  This order was a replacement for a previous order I placed. I bought 4 dozen Chrome Soft 5A near mint quality balls. I noticed that some were not near mint. Of the 48 balls, seven were either refurbished or practice balls. I contacted customer service about it and they gave me a $25 mercahndise credit. I order the dozen Chrome soft Triple track with it, but I had to pay for shipping. I inspected the balls due to the prior experience and noticed that one of them was not Chrome Soft, but was ERC Soft. I contacted customer service again, but never received a response.

  I have ordered multiple times from Lost Golf Balls with different grading of balls that I ordered. If I order mint condition that is what, in my opinion, that is what I have gotten. Likewise if I ordered a lesser grade I received the ball quality of what I ordered.

  The issues I had/have is that I was informed that I was eligible for free shipping which wasn't the case since I was charged for shipping/handling & I was not informed that the prices shown were U.S. rates so when I got the golf balls the cost was double what they were listed as. I emailed but received no reply.
