While I was aware there was a problem with the shipment of my glasses, I had not had a chance to reach out to customer service to check on the status. To my surprise, I received an email from customer service telling me they were aware of the problem and offering me solutions. I was very impressed with the proactive customer service.

Attractive and great quality but most important, they offset the cumulative impact computer screens cause. I have high cheekbones which though they are large (lovely), they skim right above so as not to compress face. Thank you.

I have been wearing a less expensive brand is reading glasses. The breakage with these was disappointing and costly. I am delighted I found Optics on line! The design, the fit, are terrific. Wearing my crimson Laurels gives me both vision and glamour.

Disappointed. I bought the correct power and would like to wear them but they wont stay on. Bending the arm 1/3 of the way as directed does not work.
