Today I called and without knowing it, spoke with the founder (Andrew) of the company (which was only revealed to me at the end of the conversation). I had tried to order some eyeglasses to replace the damaged ones from my wife. The way our conversation went and how the founder addressed my needs made this one of the best customer service calls I have ever encountered.
Thank you for making my day and also credit to you for doing business with (Amy) at "Scarpa" in Charlottesville. They like you, are top in product and service quality. Our world need more people like you....
