I just had a very bad customer service experience today. It's my first time to call Lacoste customer service because I received the order I made with 1 item missing. I also received an email from Lacoste that I will just be charged with the 3 items I received instead of 4 as the 4th item is out of stock already. When I checked my bank and found out I was charged wrongly, I called customer service. The lady KIERRA was very rude. From the time she answered my call, she seemed to be doing something else and doesn't like to talk to me at all. I felt like I was a disturbance to whatever she was doing and insisted I was charged correctly and doesn't show interest in what I am explaining to her. I was very patient at first but she was too much. It's too early for her to get tired of answering people's queries. Very disrespectful!
