As noted above, the colors online via PC or phone do not always match the color of the item. The quality is still good compared to other higher end polos but has decreased over the years. Also the prices have gotten out of hand and I will only buy when on 50% off.

Lacoste has shown disorganization, a lack of work ethics, and behavior that feels scammer like. I paid for overnight shipping, but my order was delayed and never arrived. Even after a refund, I was promised my order would still be sent but it never was. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had from a so called high end brand.
