  Lacoste can be pricey, but I have found if you take care of your clothing, it will last a while. You just need to get the sizing correct because depending on the fit, you may require different sizes for shirts, etc.

  Overall a good experience with Lacoste online and the Lacoste store at the Carlsbad Outlet Center. One complaint is the Store Locator on the Lacoste website is not up to date. The Lacoste store at La Jolla UTC (San Diego) is permanently closed but that is not noted on the Lacoste website and Store Locator.

  I often have trouble contacting customer service. I had an order that was cancelled THREE WEEKS after ordering. When I asked why it was cancelled they said my payment method (cvv didn’t match) had this been communicated I could have reordered. By the time it was cancelled (with no explanation) one of my items was out of stock. I also often find when I shop the inventory is not up to date, items listed in stock then in check out aren’t available but if I refresh and go back to the item it’s in stock. It will show its in stock for DAYS after I attempt checking out.
