  I've noticed it seems to take a long time to process returns. Also, sizes are not consistent. A 3XL polo in one style isn't the same as another style. Larger sweater sizes are never in stock. Would be nice to have an email option to notify you of a restocked item, or just be honest and say this item will be discontinued.

  Great products like always, I hadn't bought Lacoste in the last decade but the quality has remained intact. Definite improvement on the website as well. Only thing I could ask for that I think would improve sales is customizable polos, & even other products. I would LOVE to be able to change the color of the alligator to match whatever attire I am wearing. Other than that, I will continue to buy from the website.
