  My freight forwarding company VPOST USA investigated and confirmed that UPS did not deliver this item to their warehouse! All because I gave Lacoste another chance to repurchase this product again as it was two sizes too big! Your vendor UPS must have made some mistake delivering it to the wrong address! This is very disappointing on the part of Lacoste and your vendor, UPS! They have clearly misplaced or sent my item to the wrong location! Thus it got resent back to Lacoste! This episode caused me so much inconvenience and distress! I still need to wait another 2 weeks to get my refund and do my own investigations via your vendor’s incompetence! To top that up I have ended up wasting my time, money and effort trying to purchase this item from Lacoste USA and now I need to repeat the entire process again to purchase this item all over again! Do note this is NO FAULT on mine! Lacoste has not been helpful at all and this entire experience has been an absolute nightmare! I don’t even know if I will get my money back! This is totally unacceptable and disappointing! I expect a full investigation and compensation for this incompetence! I’ve been a fan of Lacoste for years but this has made me hate your brand so much! Absolutely disappointing for someone who has spent thousands with Lacoste!

  I purchased two sets of sweatpants, but there was a flaw in one of the sweatpants. The length of the sweatpants was not equal. One trouser length was way longer than the others. The discrepancy is obvious. There was no point amending it as this would make the sweatpant short. I unboxed my package late, and by then the return window had closed. Please quality control team, inspect items properly before shipping to me.

  It used to be known to be to have a good quality but for some reason some of the items is no longer as good quality as before. The colors and the styles as well is kinda outdated. The sizes is very limited especially when it comes to american size. American people has a larger body frames.
