  I am satisfied with the clothing quality but not with the online store, they send old clothing with old tags to complete your order. When you go to buy clothing in the store, you see new tags with QR in the clothing and the models are manufactured in the same country with the same manufacturing processes, but apparently when you buy online they complete your ordered with whatever they have in their warehouse.

  The only problem with Lacoste is that you limit the sizes and the offerings you have of big and tall there’s a lot of big people in this world tall large individuals that are sports people and just bigger than normal. You guys are limiting your clients because you lack inventory on a lot of products in big and tall sizes.

  I can’t comment on the product because I did not receive it. A package was delivered that I assumed was my order. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when enclosed was a pair of a child’s white lace up sneakers. I don’t understand how such a mistake could be made.
