  Product came late and box damaged due to the heavy rain.. Quality disappointed. Next closest store to return a product in Miami is 23 miles. I cannot go to the mall to return the product because it is a policy that Lacoste outlets can not receive back online products… I spend thousand of dollars every year with you guys and I cannot get a partial refund for my time and inconvenience? Don’t worry guys..you just lost a customer with elite status.. thank you for your time and service.

  Ordering and return wise - absolutely no issues. Lacoste also packs the merchandise very nicely - too nicely if you ask me - my last order previous to this has so much paper that it seems fine china is as packed in the box, not a gym bag 😂
