  Care instructions are over the top for everyday wear. Only cold wash, on delicate, and no tumble dry (you are supposed to hang it to dry). It’s not practical for regular people who don’t have their own private butler…

  The sale, site and shipping all were seamless. The return process was fairly simple as well. I made this order less then 2 minutes after another since I forgot to add this my cart. It was a separate order for billing and shipping. If there was a way to have your system check for duplicate addresses then that would both be cost efficient and energy efficient in terms of your company’s carbon footprint. Since I had to do returns on two shirts that twos orders that had to be packaged and shipped. Seems to me that those materials, time and costs add up for large company like yours.

  The thing I dislike about Lacoste is the taffeta fabric you use for the tracksuits, I have bought at least 25 different track suits fro Lacoste online in the last 3 or 4 years and I love them all except the taffeta fabric ones. They are great colors and designs, but the fabric is like a cheap windbreaker and has no body. They should have used those same great designs and made them with better material like the Paris Monogram and the Paris Pique and they would have been huge success. But you use the taffeta fabric and it has no body, no shape and looses its color. GARBAGE fabric. Now I buy more tracksuits from Sergio Tacchini. They cost a little more, but they use nicer fabrics than that taffeta junk.
