  I absolutely loved the shoe and I always get my normal size in every shoe which is a size but for some odd reason this shoe was shoe fit so big on my feet I had to size down to a 8, I was surprised about the sizing couldn’t believe I could fit a 8. I love the shoe, it’s a cute, comfortable pair.

  I ordered this polo along with a button down shirt. I never received this polo and even the shirt that was delivered was in horrible condition. Also the FedEx package came with a tape with a tape which reads, IF SEAL IS BROKEN CHECK CONTENTS BEFORE ACCEPTING. However Fedex guy dropped off at my doorsteps. If this the fisrt time I ever received any package with this tape. Just in case I recorded the unboxing on my mobile phone. When I didnt receive this Polo, I contacted Lacoste customer care and they said they cant do anything about it other than raising a claim against FedEx. They did and after 15 days when I called them, they mentioned FedEx doesnt take the accountability of the lost Polo and Lacoste cant do anything about it and they suggested me to raise a complained at Sheriff's office. It sounded so funny. Their customer service is a joke. I immediately sent the only delivered shirt and disputed the txn on my credit card. They just refunded the amount for the Shirt and never taken the accountability for the lost or undelivered POLO. I have 10 POLOs and 2 Button Downs but I always bought them on Macys and I never had issues with quality or delivery of the merchandise. This is the first time in the past 20 years I had this kid of issue. It is so ridiculos that neither neither FedEx nor Lacoste wants to take the accountability. I will raise this concern to NortAm CEO and wanted to see what they have to say. It is not about the $ 60 bucks, its about their attitude towards the customers. I WOULD NEVER BUY LACOSTE AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

  Luckily for me the xl fits perfectly because if I had needed the 7 the hoops that I would've had to jump thru would've been exhausting. I made this purchase thru an outlet store that is 2 hours from were I live. If I make a return, I just get my money back. I can't exchange for the desired size. I asked for a 7 at the store, however a 6 was ordered in error. No big deal we all human. However, when I call back to the store not 30 minutes later upon discovering the error on the receipt, I contact the store in hopes they can just change the order. After being told they don't possess that ability, I was directed to customer service. Customer service of any department can't change a size in between the order being received and it shipping?! Why?! This makes absolutely no sense. Also why don't you guys have an app? And in said app if you don't have any restrictions or reservations(which I greatly appreciate it's one of the main reasons I shop the brand. And the quality of course) on giving the outlet discounts then I could make invoices in the app and purchase without having to drive 2 hours out of mu way. That would be awesome. Or just update your systems enough so that your employees can provide even the most basic assistance in retail customer service. Your Destin, Florida staff is exceptional and them just having the ability to modify orders so that mistakes could be avoided and corrected would be great. ✌🏾
