  Lacoste always lives up to its reputation. The colors don't fade even after lots of washing cycles. The only downside is that the clothes need to be hang dried.

  Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with Lacoste. I purchased the tote bag on the last day of the Black Friday sale, which was extended and made clear it was going to be ending at the end of the day leading me to purchase the bag then. The following day, Lacoste released the Cyber Monday sale which took the percentage off from being 30% to 50%. I reached out to Lacoste to see if it would be possible to do a price adjustment to match the Cyber Monday deal instead of going through the process of returning to get the same deal. I was told that they would be happy to make the adjustment and to reach out once I received my order. I have since received my order and have reached out on two occasions requesting the price adjustment I was told I would receive. Both times, my email has been ignored and I am unable to get in touch with Lacoste. Of course at this point I cannot return the bag and reorder as the Cyber Monday deal has ended. This has been extremely disappointing and I feel as though Lacoste led me to believe one thing and now are acting in another manner by completely blowing me off. Cute bag, but very sad customer service. I wanted to love the brand as I love the aesthetic of the brand and the items sold, but because of my experience with customer service, I would not recommend to friends or family.

  While I like the polos, I’ve had bad experiences with the service, first I bought in store and tried to return some items, they would only do store credit or exchanges, they didn’t have the colors I was interested in and gave me the option of ordering through them, manager wasn’t knowledgeable about the process, had to wait almost an hour for them to figure things out. Then I placed an order online and both items weren’t what I expected, one the color wasn’t accurate to the pictures and the other was unusually long

  I really like the brand, and Lacoste products are usually great in terms of design and quality. However, I would hesitate to recommend it to friends and family because there are some shortcomings in the return policy, especially for international customers. If an item has a defect, the process of returning or replacing it can be quite expensive and complicated for those living far from the US
