  My packages was sent out quickly and arrived much sooner than I would have thought. Also I made a error on a order sending to the wrong address, Lacoste never sent the package because it did not match what I had on record. Where others may have sent the package anyways.

  I was initially excited about the polo shirt, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. After the first wash (following the care instructions exactly), the shirt noticeably shrank in length, making it seem like I had ordered a size smaller than intended. The fabric and fit were great out of the box, but this unexpected shrinkage has made it uncomfortable and awkward to wear. I recommend sizing up if you're considering this shirt or avoiding it altogether if you're looking for something that maintains its original fit. Disappointed, as this wasn't what I expected from a polo shirt in this price range.

  Ordered this sweatshirt for Christmas and I received the wrong item. Customer service has been abysmal and nonexistent. I have called countless times, and each one goes dead before getting past the automated messages. I have reached out via email and there has been no response. Now the item is out of stock in my size. I am severely disappointed.
