  I used to love how lacoste ships their products with a box and a letter with receipt inside. It feels like the customer service has dropped over the years. My hoodie was packaged in the cheapest way. Plastic wrapped, doesnt give the luxury product type of feel. As a big lacoste fan, I wish you guys would give some Lacoste logo stickers for collectibles like other luxury brands.

  Lacoste stopped being Lacoste many years ago. I don't know who the directors are, but they all use the same designs and the same color palette. Lacoste is already very boring.

  paid for my order but never received it. Lacoste never answered my message after confirming receiving it. When I called customer service, they stated refund will be issued after they receive the returned product. PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME ! How can I return a product that I never received!

  The hoodies and joggers I've purchased are by far more premium (weight and materials) than any I own including Armani Exchange and Ralph Lauren. They are better defined as refined sport casual moreso than typiical athletic apparel. Lacoste has really impressed me with the quality of their hoodies and joggers therfore I highly recommend the product and will certainly be ordering more in the near future.
