  This was the first time for me buying Lacoste. Their polo shirts are super popular in the world so I wanted to try the brand. I ordered 4 t-shirts and all of them were way too small for me. I'm a Large in the US and even an XL was too small still. The quality of the t-shirts was also a disappointment. The fabric was so thin their almost see-through. It seemed more like a cheap fast-fashion t-shirt than a famous brand like Lacoste.

  The shipping process is a problem. On two occasions I have shipped express and the order was sent in two different shipments so that only a PORTION of the order actually arrived on time. I asked for a refund and the customer service agents on both occasions were not helpful and told me that they couldn't take care of it until after the returns were processed. I still have yet to receive the refund for either of them. Basically, they told me that I would get a refund but I never did. This is unacceptable. I spent over two hours on the phone trying to resolve this. This is also unacceptable.

  I do t understand how this passed inspection...one of the buttons bindings is sticking out creating a potentially dangerous condition as it is a very sharp pointed pin needle. Customer service call told me to return it--alas it is sold out. I expected a gift certificate or store credits
