  I love Lacoste merchandise but some friends say it’s too expensive and sizing is inconsistent. I normally don’t purchase via mail because I prefer to try on and feel materials. However, I do order Lacoste via mail because return process is easy & I don’t have any convenient store locain San Diego.

  I purchase Lacoste for my son and myself . I've been wearing Lacoste since i was in my teens . The style and brand are timeless . I dress my 7 yr. old in Lacoste now and he still has more style than most kids in the class . Like i said "Lacoste is timeless" .

  First let me say, The online customer service chat team is on point. They help assist me with a return request because I misplaced the order number.They were able to trieve my information in a timely manner. I calked the customer service number.I wait 10 minutes and still didnt get a live agent to help me. So I definitely would recommend trying the online chat team. Lacoste definitely has me for a loyal customer for life. The only thing I would say is could you please make sure a hard copy of the order is in the box to alleviate any problems of returns.

  One may find the polo short expensive but iver the years i have been proven that it was worth it. You pay for quality that’s for sure. I have the lacoste polo shirt since 2015 in color “corally-salmon” and still looks fresh. It has gibe through many many washes. Many wears and is holding up amazingly.
