These recent changes make me seriously reconsider my loyalty to the brand, and I will likely be moving on to other labels if this trend continues. Returns are also simple and hassle-free. The only downside is that sometimes, after I purchase an item, I receive an email saying it’s no longer available, which is a bit disappointing when I’m really looking forward to it.
