  I will say my husband & I have purchased from Lacoste over the years & we purchase a lot but after my last in-store experience with me trying to make a return my husband & I agreed we would not shop with Lacoste again. I purchased a women’s polo shirt & it was still wrapped in the plastic I purchased on a Saturday to wear with a skirt I purchased from Lacoste but I ended up finding the matching jacket to the skirt & no longer wanted the shirt so I went to the Grand Prairie outlet to return it & I was told you don’t do returns store credit or exchange are the only options I have. I don’t like feeling forced to keep an item that I changed my mind about. So we will no longer purchase from Lacoste until you change your return policy. We won’t recommend any of our friends or family to purchase from Lacoste either.

  MSRP is too inflated and initial quality is great but "after a few washes" quality is not there probably due to cost cutting initiatives in manufacturing process and diversity of raw materials (cotton, polyster) in sourcing.
