  The products are of good quality. I don’t have a good impression of the customer service reps I have had the displeasure of interacting with - their responses are inconsistent and they sound like they were rushing me. A pity, because I like Lacoste products.

  The quality of the items is actually very good — I have no complaints about the products themselves. However, the shipping process was an absolute disappointment. Instead of sending the order from the nearest outlet or warehouse, it was shipped from another state, which caused an unnecessary delay of several weeks. This is not a logistics issue; it’s pure administrative incompetence. It makes no sense for a well-known brand to handle shipping this poorly. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be ordering directly from the brand’s website again.

  I am never disappointed with my apparel from Lacoste. You get what you pay for and Lacoste is a great example of that. when other brands charge high prices for poor quality Lacoste does not follow that practice.

  I'm NOT satisfied at all in the way I can contact Lacoste from the Netherlands. First my mandatory telephonenumber is wrong but it isn't and via another way the telephonenumber is accepted but then my postalcode is wrong which it aint. Without this info it's impossible to contact you thru the website.
