  good customer services. I bought a bra but it did not fit right so I need to return it. So far I have not gotten the return instructions as yet. The purchasing process was good and I got my bra and panties on a timely manner.

  I know well aubade but this time, I got to receive the wrong item (a bra which a size wasn’t mine) instead of the brief I ordered. The time for response was correct but I had to return the wrong item and order again the brief I wanted. Now I am still waiting for the refund of the brief initially ordered. Means that I paid the brief twice for the moment. I did not receive any discount as a compensation, and I think that could have been a nice commercial gesture…

  The packaging I received this expensive underwear in is UTTERLY disgusting. 🤮 it looks like something bought on Amazon and yet you charged premium prices as if this is luxury underwear? Shame on you. I have had my eye on Aubade for some time now but after this experience I will not return. There is nothing luxurious or premium about this experience. Returning for a refund.

  Ordering on the website was easy, though there were a few times it was hard to find items in my size but once I used the search feature it became easier. Delivery was very fast especially considering it was coming from overseas as I’m in the US. The packaging was done with care and the items were perfect when they arrived. I was also pleased to catch a sale, making the products more affordable.

  Ordering process is fine - no problems. What i don't like is the return policy - it is the customer's cost and the return policy is bad - my product turned to be malfunctioning after a couple of hours but as I've worn it. I cannot return it. I'm also ordering from uk so the costs of return don't make sense. Sadly I won't be purchasing again for that reasons.

  New website is okay. Was not aware account from previous version of website had to be re-activated, which meant the check out process was longer. My problem was delivery. DHL decided to send the parcel for a tour round Europe. It ended up arriving 5 days later than expected and missed the special occasion this was meant for.

  Easy to use, delivery to the U.K. was quite quick. Just wish there was a clear sizing chart for the suspender belt, as when clicking on size guide on the suspender listing it just gives information for men’s boxers, which obviously did not help.

  Very easy website to use, plus they’ve added a ‘show if in stock’ button which helps tremendously. The delivery took longer than usual - for some reason going from Paris to Brussels instead of direct to Birmingham. On delivery I found the Aubade packaging had come to pieces…… but DHL had repackaged brilliantly, nothing was lost and all items perfect. Lingerie was the usual very high quality and I am delighted with my purchase.
