  If I’m filing and we don’t live near each other, even uncontested, it’s not my business or my right to ask for my spouse’s financial information. We’re getting a divorce. I don’t need to know or have a right to ask for his monthly income/expenses.

  I really think the website itself is very helpful it helps out a lot with not having to go to the courthouse but it can be very time consuming it is a lot of paperwork that you have to sit there and go over maybe if they could come bind certain sections with each other then it would be a lot better.

  We were married in 2005, we’ve been separated since the day after. He is living I. Dominican Republic and is an illegal alien!
