  I purchased two card printer ribbons for $176 each. After the purchase, I found those same ribbons for $99 each. My mistake for not researching this further.

  good product, lots of improvements regarding the process of receiving the products, no status, never know when we will receive the product and sometimes it take a while to receive notification from the payment to the shipping of the product.

  ID Edge is our go-to company for ID printing needs. We order our thermal toners and cleaning supplies from them. Their prices are really great!! They have also matched or beat prices we have found with other vendors. Id Edge's technical expertise is top notch as well. They have helped us solved problems with devices the actual hardware manufacturer could not. I have had especially great experiences with Amber Thornholt and Kristalyn Larsen. This year we took advantage of their professional cleaning services of our Zebra Thermal printers.   Excellent customer service. I had a time critical problem with a badge printer and they quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement part. I was up and running the next day.

  I typically communicate with Bonnie Wojtkiewicz for all quotes and invoices. She is very professional and nice. Any time I have a question about a product or how something works, she is always able to answer or direct me to someone for more information. She responds back in a very timely matter. If I ever move companies and need a badge supply company, I will definitely go to Bonnie first.
