  I was skeptical—ordered three dozen of the Pristine balls anyway and was shocked at how “new” they looked. The price was right… with free customization! Decided to order several dozen of Mint 5A balls next, and again was surprised at how “new” the looked. Balls arrived NEXT DAY! Still wondering what I’m missing… went to check what others were saying on Reddit and I am not the only happy customer!

  I am a repeat customer. Previous orders have arrived exactly how the grading is described on the site. Although described as 5A (Mint), a few of the balls in my most recent order had minor wear marks. This isn't enough for me to buy elsewhere, but it was a little bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, these guys do a great job of providing well-priced quality product in a time when many of us are watching our bank accounts more diligently.

  Balls ordered were in excellent condition as described and shipping speed was fine. I appreciate that the printed logos were no charge but I would never pay for them. They are just like weak stencils that come off within one hole. I would definitely use the company again though.

  Very quick delivery. I went with this site after Walmart botched my order (I was supposed to receive my balls in 3 days, never got them and when I wanted a refund i had to call over 4 times over a period of 2 months..) I ordered with HalfPrice and got exactly what I wanted the next day. I called to ask about the return policy and delivery guarantee and they were quick to answer all my questions, no bureaucratic nonsense. Highly recommended.

  Balls are good. I wish I’d realized before receiving that they have “refinished” stamped on them. I’m sure there’s a reason why, but that makes them look cheap.

  The customer service was poor. When I informed them that they sent the wrong type balls their reply was "We don't differentiate different types of balls." So be be prepared to not got what you order.

  I should have found your rating scale prior to ordering. These balls were slightly scuffed, most were ripped open with the interior exposed. They weren’t fit for the range let alone playing. Not your fault after finding the section on the grading it makes more sense but I was suprised and disappointed.
