  I have made 2 orders so far online. Both orders have been exactly what I ordered, and they were delivered in great time. My first order of TP5’s were in great condition and played really well. My second order I decided to go with Callaway chrome soft and the balls look brand new. I play much better with this ball so I will definitely order more when I need them.

  I sent the below email to customer service twice and got no reply, had a good experience before but not very happy with the avx ball this time I purchase 5-6 times over the last 2-3 years and I have always appreciated the good value and quality of the balls. However my recent order of 10 dozen 4a avx is not very good. I usually order the prov1 4a and they are decent with maybe 1-2 subpar ball a dozen but these avx, out of the 2 dozen I open, nearly half of them are in questionable quality. I have attached some video and picture below I know I order 4a and I’m ok with some old ball and some scratched but the quality of some of these ball below definitely seems lower and are unplayable

  Only 2 out of the three dozen balls I ordered were actually Taylormade tp5 pix balls the 3rd dozen are tp5 but an orange X shaped design. Not very pleased with that.
