These are great for beginners, first timers or they can be used as practice balls for the avid golfer.   Overall I am happy with my purchase. I ordered two different sets of pristine balls for the free customization. My only complaint is that it was only upon receipt of my order that I discovered they don’t print white into colored balls and there for my design was not exactly what I thought I was getting. It would have been nice to read a disclaimer about that somewhere…unless I missed it

  Timely shipping neatly packaged into 1 dozen per fish net bags, but poorly packaged with not enough filler, box was crushed open when it arrived and a dozen balls (Titleist DTS) were missing out the side. Have photos taken at delivery but have yet to make a claim with UPS from the hustle bustle of the holiday season. Product received looks quite pristine overall after some I'm sure were cleaned, the true test will be when played to see if any I try to use first are hard like rocks due to sitting in most likely some pond lol. Overall acceptable and good for what I did receive 9 of 10 dozen, package them better guys and you might get a little repeat biz......Greg

  I ordered “pristine” grade used golf balls and they look brand new (though I haven’t used them yet). I bought them as a gift and used the free custom graphic tool to add a picture to them and it turned out great! I also am a big fan that this is a sustainable and cost effective option to shop, even if you want quality, Pro V balls.

  Brutal! Thought this was a good deal so as a first time customer I ordered 5 dozen Srixon Soft Feel balls. When the order came it was 5 dozen Z Stars! I called a few times and got no one. I emailed and they said to just ship the wrong ones back. No compensation. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and they didn’t care to hear me so I said cancel my whole order. Never again. All the picker had to do is read the order. Not happy! They were for a Christmas gift!😡

Two issues I had, I wanted to purchase 2 different sets of balls with different personalizations - I tried but could not do this so I had to do 2 separate orders and pay shipping when it should have been free over $100 if I could have done one order Second thing is that I couldn’t find how to change the look of the personalization like the font or size or underline it anything like that Again I am satisfied with my orders which are Christmas gifts, but if the above issues could be resolved or explained I would make additional purchases on the future Thank you
