  Did an order for 5 dozen with them last year with my business logo on the balls. Logo was great quality and the balls were amazing. Exactly how they described them as far as condition.   I didn't receive my order in my hands although ups said I did. I emailed customer service right away. They phoned me within a couple hours and said they would launch an investigation with ups. Never heard back with an answer. So I emailed again for update. They called about a week ago to confirm my shipping address and have seen no notice of new order. So I lost $135. Will never order from again unless they replace order, refund or even a discount of 50% off next order something? Very upsetting not to get an answer. I could live with they delivered to right address and I am just out of luck it happens.

  Hi Tim, The only reason you haven't received your replacement yet is because the balls are out of stock for another 2 weeks. Once we get them in we will be happy to replace your order. Also it takes 8-10 business days from the time we make claim with ups before we can ship out new orders or make refund. Alternately you can take a refund now if you wish.

  Ordered I doz. Callaway Chrome Soft -5A Pristine and 1 doz. Bridgestone Tour RXS B Yellow -4A. Balls arrived quickly. Am very happy with the Callaway-look new but not so with the Bridgestone which show brown spots on most of them -like they were in the water for some time. Would order again but nothing less than 5A quality.

  I don’t write reviews however I do read them and it helps my decision if I’m on the fence about a product I’m not sure about. Here’s my review for the custom logo’d golf balls I just purchased last week. They’re exactly what I ordered and I got them so fast! I designed and ordered 4 dozen custom logod titleist prov1s last Saturday and they arrived on my doorstep on Friday. Insane. And the price was cheaper than any other prices I could find. I am looking for an excuse to purchase more. The 5A pristines look like they were just taken out of the package. If you’re looking to get custom logo’d balls for an excellent price, look no further.

  For being "half priced" there is cheaper options if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic.. also for living 4.5 hrs away the shipping is pretty high. I would expect that shipping rate if I was across the country. Overall happy though and will probably order again if there's ever a free shipping promotion or good discounts.
