  I purchased some Titleist Tour Soft 5A (5dozen) Product description says a FEW with logos .... My order had 44 with logos out of 60 .... 73% This is not a few ..... Very disappointing NO effort was done to fix this order I had to spend $18.00 to return the golf balls ... Oh ya they don't provide return labels Now lets hope they give me a full refund on my credit card ....

  The timing was slower than I hoped but everything else was good. A couple weeks after I ordered and paid I sent a follow up email and only then did my order ship. They did try to call me but I missed the call. All in all, waiting 3 weeks was not a big deal for me and at this price point I'm still really happy.

  Can’t say enough about the product or the service. Temporary shortage of the colour of balls I was looking for. I called to discuss changing the order and they were so accommodating. Apologized for the delay, shipped out my first choice alternative that very day as well as upped the quality and quantity of my order. The balls themselves exceed expectations. They are far superior to the experienced balls you can buy from the pro shop or your local big box chain. Very happy. Can’t see myself every spending money on brand news balls again.

  I ordered pristine balls and was under the impression that they would be original balls in great condition. After using my first ball I found it to be only 80% of normal flight I then compared two of my own balls with the ones that I received and found the new balls to be only 80-90% of normal distance through irons hybrids and driver. These balls have clearly been recoated which affects the performance both in distance and spin. I’m not happy.
