  The process was okay. It was not as user friendly as it could be. If there is a section that has just the balls that can be customized I couldn't find it and ended up clicking on ones that wouldn't allow customization. Going through the lettering wasn't very user friendly for mobile users either. After ordering I couldn't go back in and view what I had ordered which was a bit frustrating as I wanted to ensure I had the spelling correctly. Aside from the user issues I like the product, it is what I ordered and came when it was supposed to.

  Site was easy to navigate, however the information that balls are not brand new is not obvious. I found out it only I made a purchase. Price is good if that would've been a brand new balls for the balls which were rebuilt it is still a question. I'll play with these balls next season then I'll be able to make an educated decision if I should continue with these balls or not.

  The navigation of the site was easy enough. Delivery of the balls was 2 days ahead of schedule so that was great. Well done half price golf balls. My only beef would be that if I wait till golftown has 45% off premium balls which does happen from time to time than there is no price difference so makes sense to get a new ball instead.

  Good product, easy to order, and delivered reasonably quickly. Would love the balls even more if they were a little less expensive. But this is a reasonable alternative to buying my go-to golf ball and paying a ridiculous price. How about a "frequent flyer" or client loyalty program where your customers get a discount as they keep returning to do more business? As the volume of purchases increases over time the bigger the discount they get? Personally I would love that and you would keep getting my business.
