  I am a first time customer. The lady who took my order was very efficient. I first ordered 5 dozen balls at $59.99 and mentioned I wanted to get over the $89 free shipping threshold. I was very surprised when I saw that 1 dozen balls at $46 had been added to the order. I don.t use balls worth ~$4 each. I assumed the added balls would be in the same price range as the 5 dozen The fast shipping time ie. 2-3 days is impressive. I will order again assuming they work well for me.

This said, I had to pay the delivery charge, so am out $18. This is the first company I have used that force the customer to pay return fees. Also, I sent a note upon receipt for the balls asking for a refund, but have not heard back yet (over 5 days). I am disappointed,

  Golf balls are excellent , wooden tees are not. I ordered white, and received natural wood. I like most golfers am superstitious. So plugging a tee into the ground that i don,t like will probably be on my head for sure will not be appreciated. Please send 2 packages of WHITE TEEs. Thanks
